  4. VIP memberships cannot be canceled as they include share ownership.
  5. VIP memberships can be transferred or sold to others.
  6. Upon registration, VIP members receive an email confirmation of their share ownership.
  7. Limited event spots are available for VIP members on a first-come, first-served basis.
  8. We reserve the right to stop the offer of the VIP membership with free distribution of shares at any time or to change and add new conditions for new memberships.
